Maintenance Officer

Job Description:

· Carry out daily operations of assigned facilities conduct technical inspections

· Handle site property management/operation

· Determine rectification and implementation of pro-active or corrective maintenance to minimize ad hoc requests.

· Attend to tenants’ request/complaints

· Manage and maintain strata-titled units

· Manage upgrading/A&A works

· Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management.

Job Qualification:

• Candidate must possess at least a 'O' Level.

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Electrical and M&E knowledge required.

• Possess effective communication, organizational, interpersonal, leadership and negotiation skills

• A good team player with the ability to work independently
