Management Executive (Real Estate)

JOB PURPOSE

The role is primarily responsible to provide support to the Group CEO office in project management, operations excellence, formulating real estate strategy for our business expansion and coordinating with other departments to meet business objectives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Engage with landlords, government authorities, and various stakeholders in Singapore to facilitate real estate transactions.
• Identify new growth opportunities, locations, and property types, considering customer demographics and competition.
• Develop and present data-driven presentations to communicate recommendations and key insights to senior management to enable strategic decision-making.
• Provide support to establishing, reviewing and monitoring the compliance to departmental policies, standard operating procedures, internal controls & service quality standards.
• Co-ordinate the collection of data to facilitate meaningful evaluation of business processes, uncovering areas for improvement and co-creating solutions.
• Maintain good strategic documentation of approved plans and processes.
• Assist in ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Provide support when needed in various departments.
• Work closely with management in implementing change and expanding into new markets
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Real Estate
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

• Strong proficiency in MS Office and data-analytic applications.
