A regional management consulting firm with headquarters in Asia and offices across the US, Japan, Malaysia, and Singapore.

They are looking for an experienced and highly capable Private Household Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a CEO's private household. This is a senior, hands-on role that demands strong organisational acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to manage people, processes, and resources to a consistently high standard. You will serve as the operational lead for the household, ensuring that everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and in a manner that reflects the standards and preferences of the principal.

Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Coordination

• Manage the household schedule and calendar for the CEO, ensuring all appointments and commitments are met in a timely and organised manner.
• Arrange personal and professional appointments with careful attention to priority and detail.
• Coordinate travel support for business trips, including domestic flight arrangements and on-the-ground setup requirements.

Event Planning

• Plan, organise, and execute household and professional events, managing all logistics from end to end.

Property & Maintenance

• Schedule and supervise home maintenance and repair projects, ensuring work is completed to standard and on time.
• Manage household bills and related administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.

Resource & Inventory Management

• Plan and manage household resources including manpower scheduling and inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle procurement and run errands as needed to support day-to-day household needs.

Staff Supervision

• Oversee and manage household staff including housekeepers, private chefs, nannies, and drivers.
• Set and uphold service standards, conduct performance oversight, and manage shift scheduling.

Process & Documentation

• Develop and maintain household management SOPs, including equipment manuals, inventory lists, vendor directories, and daily operational checklists.
• Ensure all documentation is kept current, organised, and accessible.

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of experience in a private household management, estate management, or senior private service role.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken) is a strong advantage given the regional stakeholder environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead household staff with professionalism and clear direction.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and maintain high standards under pressure.
• Discreet, trustworthy, and professional in handling confidential and personal matters.
• Sound judgment and a proactive approach; you identify issues early and resolve them before they escalate.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with document management tools.
• Knowledge of household service etiquette and best practices; butler training or equivalent certification is an advantage.
