Property & Housekeeping Administrative Executive

Singapore Cricket Club is seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our Property & Housekeeping Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Property & Housekeeping Department.
• Coordinate staff rosters, attendance records, leave applications, overtime claims, and uniform administration.
• Monitor inventory levels and arrange procurement of housekeeping and operational supplies.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, Finance, HR, and other departments on operational matters.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules, repair works, deliveries, and contractor services.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, meeting materials, purchase requisitions, and departmental documentation.
• Support housekeeping operations, event setups, car park administration, and departmental projects.

Requirements

• Diploma/Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computer systems.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Meticulous with figures and records management.
• Prior administrative experience in hospitality, facilities, property management, or a related environment will be an advantage.
