Property Executive (Up To $4.2k/ Residential/Developer)

Our client is one of the leading key players in property development & construction company with a broad portfolio of residential, commercial, industrial, retail and mixed-use developments.

Pre Launch

· Support the Marketing Manager throughout the entire marketing and sales process

· Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, vendors, advertising agencies, and property agents to deliver effective marketing support for the project

· Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for residential developments

· Help implement digital marketing strategies for ongoing and upcoming projects

· Liaise with vendors to develop a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, hoarding, A&P walls in the sales gallery, show unit signage, sales office branding, websites, digital and social media content, animation videos, and more

· Maintain a solid understanding of current sales and marketing trends, as well as relevant regulations in the Singapore real estate sector

· Oversee and coordinate the setup and logistics of show units and sales galleries for project launches

· Ensure all essential services are arranged and operational at the sales office before launch

· Respond to sales and marketing inquiries related to the residential project

· Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned

Post Launch

· Assist in monitoring the condition of the showflat and sales office to ensure all essential services are functioning properly

· Manage customer feedback and deliver quality service to purchasers

· Handle the processing of commission payments to property agencies

· Support administrative tasks related to Temporary Occupation Permit (T.O.P.) and handover procedures for completed developments

· Coordinate and manage homeowners’ defect-related issues

Others

· Carry out ongoing and scheduled anti-money laundering (AML) checks before and after sales

· Handle customer inquiries related to new developments and purchaser-specific requests

· Manage the procurement of furniture and accessories for showflat setup in preparation for new launches

· Coordinate tasks and communication between interior designers, main contractors, and external vendors

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Real Estate/ Property Management/ Interior Design/ Relevant workign experience
• Great communication and coordination skills
