Job Description - Property Officer

Job Summary

Manage and maintain residential property sites, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain assigned residential property sites to ensure operational excellence.
  • Conduct regular inspections of property grounds to verify maintenance standards and identify issues.
  • Ensure compliance with building statutory requirements, including the Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act.
  • Review site conditions and recommend replacement or improvement plans to enhance property value and safety.
  • Provide responsive and effective customer service support to residents and owners, addressing their concerns and needs.
  • Supervise contractors to achieve maintenance and service objectives.
  • Perform other job-related and ad hoc duties as assigned to support property management functions.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma in Building, Estate Management, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant experience and familiarity with the Building (Strata Management) Act.
  • Strong decision-making skills and effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a pleasant and approachable demeanor to engage residents and owners.
  • Ability to start work immediately.
  • Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
