Job Summary

Manage and maintain residential and commercial property sites to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and deliver exceptional service to residents and owners.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site inspections and conduct regulation checks to ensure properties meet statutory standards and operational excellence
• Develop and implement replacement and improvement plans to enhance property conditions and increase asset value
• Deliver responsive customer service support by resolving residents’ and owners’ issues effectively to maintain satisfaction
• Prioritize and manage multiple property management tasks to meet operational deadlines and stakeholder expectations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with building statutory requirements and regulations
• Adapt to evolving property management needs by performing additional duties as assigned to support business objectives
