Senior Building Executive / Real estate industry / Central

Our client is a Real Estate industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting an Senior Building Executive to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central.

Duties:

• Coordinate with leasing team for seamless unit handover and takeover, managing documents and keys.
• Conduct design briefings with tenants and consultants upon tenancy confirmation.
• Collaborate with Building and M&E teams to review office designs.
• Serve as main contact for fit-out and restoration activities throughout the process.
• Ensure contractors fulfill requirements before commencing work and conduct regular site checks.
• Handle utility account processing and arrange inspections post-fit-out completion.
• Facilitate security deposit refunds after defect rectification and approvals.
• Provide guidance on architectural and M&E needs for reconfiguration projects and oversee tender processes.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Building or Real Estate Management with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Commercial Buildings
