Senior Executive, Facilities Management

Responsibilities

• Supervise all the external service providers such as term contractors during regular maintenance and ensure that all work as specified in their contracts are properly and effectively carried out;
• Assist in all aspects of building defects and breakdown;
• Ensure that a high standard of cleanliness and security are always maintained;
• Plan, coordinate and execute rectification works;
• Co-ordinate and communicate with internal and external parties for property-related matters;
• Attend to feedback, complaints and services requested by the internal users;
• Involve in the inspection, supervising on projects and rectification works, trouble shooting, preventive and maintenance work;
• Recommend and implement improvement works;
• Handle administrative duties such as calling of quotations, issuing purchase orders, maintain building records etc.
• Manage the term contractors and handle contracts renewal;
• Any other duties as assigned by the Manager. 

Requirements

• Diploma in Building Management or Facilities Management;
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant hands-on experience in property management;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proactive and independent, with the ability to work with minimal supervision and perform effectively under pressure; and
• Possess a service-oriented mindset
