Senior Facilities Manager/ Facilities Manager

Location: The work location will be at MOE schools in either the North or East region

5 days working

Requirements:

• At least 10 years and above of relevant working experiences in a supervisory role.

• 3 years of experience providing IFM services

• SIFMA Certified FM Expert (CFME) (Tier 3) certification or higher

Job Summary:

• Oversee daily facilities operations and maintenance activities across assigned sites, ensuring building services and M&E systems remain operational, safe, and compliant.

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive, corrective, cyclical, and ad-hoc maintenance works while ensuring service delivery meets contractual KPIs and quality standards.

• Act as the key liaison with clients, authorities, consultants, contractors, and service providers, addressing operational issues and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

• Supervise FM Executives, technicians, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring compliance with safety, statutory, and contractual requirements.

• Monitor contractor performance, fault rectification, incident response, and service recovery to ensure operational efficiency.

• Prepare and review operational reports, maintenance records, KPI reports, quotations, procurement requests, and related documentation.

• Support improvement initiatives, upgrading projects, digitalisation efforts, sustainability programmes, and energy-saving initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, fire safety, environmental regulations, and company policies.
