senior leasing and operations executive

• Market and lease retail/ F&B units to new potential tenants

• Develop and execute strategic leasing plans to maximize occupancy 

• Lease administration of tenants and handling tenancy-related issues

• Handle lease renewal negotiations with existing tenants

• Prepare and finalise lease agreements and other leasing-related documentation

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants

• Address tenant inquiries and concerns

• Monitor and track tenants' performance and compliance with lease agreements

• Ensure timely rent payments from tenants - arrears management

• Provide regular leasing reports and updates to management

• Ensure smooth operations of the Chinatown Street Market

• Supervise cleaners and pest control contractor

• Liaise with contractor when necessary

• Assist and help out in events

• Conduct maintenance check and support on street market stalls

• Coordinate with management

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Real Estate or equivalent 

• 1-2 years’ relevant experience in similar capacity.  

• Good interpersonal and communication and negotiation skills

• Possess positive disposition and a good team player

• Self-driven with positive attitude
