Senior/Building Manager (Property Developer, Commercial)

Join our client, an established developer and is currently seeking a driven Building Manager/Senior Building Manager to join their dynamic team.

What you will do

• Oversee the overall operations, maintenance, and performance of assigned properties.
• Lead and supervise site staff, contractors, and service providers to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure building facilities, services, and common areas are maintained in a safe, efficient, and presentable condition.
• Conduct regular inspections and coordinate maintenance, repair, and improvement works.
• Manage service contracts, vendor performance,and procurement processes.
• Prepare budgets, monitor expenditure, andsupport cost-control initiatives.
• Handle occupants' feedback, operational issues,and stakeholder enquiries.
• Oversee defect management, major repair orupgrading projects
• Ensure compliance with relevant statutory,safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead sustainability, asset enhancement, andoperational improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reports and maintain proper records relating to building operations and maintenance.
• Maintain good relationships with government agencies, statutory authorities, consultants, tenants, auditors, and stakeholders on all building operational, compliance and licensing matters.
• Perform any other duties or projects as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Building Management, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience inbuilding or property management
• Must possess experience managing commercial properties
