Technical Executive (FM)

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day operation of the Site and reporting to FM
• Supervise all the facilities’ management and operational activities
• Prepare quotations, conduct evaluation for all services, provide recommendation reports,
• Prepare all site required reports
• Escort contractors to carry out work
• Standby for events if required

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in engineering / facilities management
• 3 years of relevant experience
• Well-versed in Microsoft office
• Class 3 license preferred
• NEN 2767 certified preferred
• Due to security clearance, only Singapore citizens can be considered for this role
