Job Description - Technical Executive (School) & (Commercial Industry) - Various location!

Technical Executive (School) & (Commercial Industry) - Various location!

Job Responsibilities

Assist the Building Manager in the daily operations and maintenance of the premises
Supervise contractors in carrying out maintenance and repair works.
Investigate and troubleshoot reported faults and breakdowns.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities and equipment are in good working condition.
Follow up with contractors on maintenance and defect rectification works.
Assist in upgrading or improvement projects when required.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Higher Nitec/Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering or related field.
Entry candidates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply
Experience in building or facilities maintenance will be an advantage.
