Technician

Condominium located at Farrer Park area has a vacancy for the above position. You will be deployed on site, to ensure the daily operations of the equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

• Assist the Condominium Manager in the daily operations of the equipment and facilities.

• Conduct regular inspection, trouble shooting, and preventive and corrective maintenance work.

• Attend to feedback by residents, take remedial actions or recommend course of action to the Condominium Manager.

• Any other handyman assignments directed by the Management.

• Co-operate with the Condo Manager to achieve the desired results of the site team.

Requirements:

• Nitec / Higher Nitec in Building / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

• A team player with good interpersonal skills.

• Possess strong initiative and good analytical skills.

• For emergencies, willing to work beyond normal hours and on weekends or public holidays. Off-in-lieu will be provided.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in solving handyman and technical problems, especially electrical wiring and lighting.

• Work at height certificate.

• Experience with mechanical/electrical installations and systems is an advantage (e.g. ACMV, lifts, fire protection, electrical DB, pumps, water tanks, taps and sinks and shower heads, leaking or choked pipes, etc).

• Singapore Citizen or PR.

• The working hours are 9:00am-5:30pm on weekdays, and 9:00am to 1:00pm on alternate Saturdays. You are entitled to one hour of lunch break every day.
