About the role

As a Valuer, you will be responsible for conducting property valuations and providing expert advisory services to clients. This is a strategic role that will have a direct impact on the company's growth and success within the property valuation industry.

What you'll be doing

• Undertake valuation assignment of properties in Singapore which includes HDB, private residential, commercial, and industrial.
• Carry out site inspections, compile & analyze data, and prepare valuation reports.
• Ensure timely completion of all valuation assignments
• Assist with property tax advisory portfolios for corporate clients

What we're looking for

• Degree in Real Estate, Property or a related discipline
• Professional valuation qualification such as the SISV Registered Valuer accreditation
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience conducting property valuations in Singapore
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and identify key insights
• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities to convey technical information clearly
• Commercial awareness and the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
• A proactive, collaborative approach and the willingness to continuously learn and develop
