Job Description - 2419 - Retail Sales Assistant [ Chocolate Retail // Takashimaya // 5 Days ]

Working days: 5 days
Working hours: 44hours/week (4 days 9 hours; 1 day 8 hours)
Location: Takashimaya
Salary: $1900 - $2200 basic + commission

Responsibilities:

Interact with customers to sell products and provide customer service
Generate new businesses (Walk Ins or / and Phone enquiries)
To contact customers and perform after sales services
Attain and maintain required service standards
Respond to service challenges, e.g. handling customer queries and / or complaints
Provide supporting activities; i.e. invoicing, packing
Maintain housekeeeping standards at the Boutique
