Job Description - Account Executive

Role Overview:
You will be the driving force behind our growth engine. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will execute a high-velocity outbound motion, transitioning from dedicated prospecting into a full-cycle Account Executive role. This is a ground-floor opportunity for a high-drive individual to build a revenue engine from scratch in a fast-paced AI startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Outbound Growth: Execute a high-volume outbound strategy to introduce us to HR and Talent Acquisition leaders, managing a consistent flow of outreach to build brand awareness.
  • Manage the Sales Pipeline: Independently source leads and secure meetings, maintaining a high level of daily activity to build and sustain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Execute the Sales Playbook: Utilize our existing ICP and CRM infrastructure to reach and exceed monthly client onboarding and retention targets.
  • Evolve into a Full-Cycle Closer: Transition from prospecting to conducting product demos, handling pricing negotiations, and managing the end-to-end client onboarding process.
  • Continuous Improvement: Partner closely with the Head of Sales to refine the sales pitch and strategy based on real-time market feedback.

Requirements:

Minimum/Core Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience or high aptitude for high-volume outbound sales, with a proven ability to maintain high activity levels in a prospecting-heavy role.
  • A resilient, high-drive mindset with a strong personal motivation to succeed in a performance-oriented, results-driven environment.
  • Ability to thrive in an early-stage startup environment characterized by high autonomy and evolving structures.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively engage and build trust with corporate HR stakeholders in the Singapore market.
  • Must be currently based in Singapore to facilitate local market engagement and essential in-person meetings.

Preferred/Bonus Requirements:

  • Prior experience selling into HR, Talent Acquisition, or People teams (e.g., HR Tech, Recruitment Agencies, or Job Boards).
  • Experience with short sales cycles and high-velocity B2B deals.
  • A strong coachability factor with the ability to quickly absorb feedback and adapt sales techniques.
