Account Manager (ERP Solutions)

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to support long-term retention and satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand business relationships.
• Conduct regular client meetings to provide updates, understand business needs, and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer requirements and deliver suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and other supporting documentation as needed.
• Promote additional products and services where relevant to create added value for customers.
• Monitor account performance and work towards achieving agreed business objectives and targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and account updates within the company's CRM system.

Requirements

• Min 2 years of experience in the relevant background.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a related role is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to solve problems effectively.
• Good listening skills with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
