Account Manager (Telco), $5,500

Location: Central, Singapore

We are seeking a driven and commercially focused Telco Account Manager to join a growing team in Singapore. This role focuses on B2B sales of networking and connectivity solutions within the telecom and enterprise technology space.

Job Scope

You will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts within the telecommunications and channel partner ecosystem. This includes working closely with telecom operators, distributors, and system integrators to deliver integrated technology solutions.

The role covers both networking hardware and connectivity services and involves solution-based selling across multiple industries such as SMB, education, healthcare, and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with telecom operators and channel partners
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned accounts
• Drive revenue growth through account planning and solution selling
• Promote networking and connectivity solutions based on customer needs
• Work closely with internal teams (technical, operations, supply chain) to deliver projects successfully
• Handle tenders, RFQs, and sales proposals
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast reporting via CRM systems

Requirements

• Experience in sales, account management, or business development in telecom, ICT, networking, or related industries
• Familiar with networking or connectivity solutions is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with telcos or channel partners is a strong plus
