Advertising Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
2. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to achieve sales targets.
3. Handle customer inquiries, provide professional consultations, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
4. Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, referrals, and networking activities.
5. Prepare quotations, follow up on sales opportunities, and close deals effectively.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, product delivery, and after-sales support.
7. Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and documentation using company systems.
8. Participate in sales promotions, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement activities to increase brand awareness.
9. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and improve sales performance.
10. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining professionalism, product knowledge, and excellent customer service standards.

Requirements:

1. 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, or a client-facing role. Experience in the beauty or wellness industry is an advantage.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
3. Sales-driven with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
