AREA MANAGER

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales, profitability, and market share goals for the assigned territory.
• Assess market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to uncover new business opportunities and foster growth.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations across designated locations to ensure efficiency and operational excellence.
• Ensure full adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock flow, and implement loss‑prevention measures.
• Manage area budgets and expenditures to maintain cost efficiency and drive profitability.
• Lead, motivate, and develop store management teams to consistently exceed performance expectations.
• Conduct routine performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and identifying training or improvement needs.
• Review sales reports, KPIs, and financial data to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and present regular performance updates, challenges, and action plans to senior management.

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of proven experience as an Area Manager, District Manager, or in a similar multi‑store management role, preferably within the retail sector.
• Strong track record in achieving sales goals and driving business expansion.
• Exceptional leadership and people management abilities, with a talent for motivating and developing teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
