• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 6.30 pm
• Salary Package: Up to $4,000 + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to inquiries about catering sales received via phone or online channels in a prompt and effective manner.
• Build and maintain relationships and connections with clients.
• Undertake outreach to entice new corporate clients, employing strategies such as cold calling and sales visits.
• Collaborate and coordinate with clients in professional event planning, packaging, and menu selection.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the catering sector's emerging trends and developments.
• Participate in generating innovative concepts and proposals to elevate the standard of catering services offered to clients.
• Responsible for tracking the sales and profitability of the event and ensuring smooth operations of all catering functions.

• Minimum Diploma with over 5 years of relevant experience
