Assistant Sales Manager (Electronic Components)

• Position : Assistant Sales Manager (Electronic Components)
• Location : North-East – Macpherson
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic up to $7,000 + $200 Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus + Up to 19 days of Annual Leaves + Medical & Dental Benefits
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Electronics/Semiconductor

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow assigned customer accounts to achieve sales targets.
• Develop new business opportunities with customers and suppliers.
• Handle RFQs, quotations, pricing review and commercial negotiations.
• Review sales contracts and manufacturing service agreements.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams on order fulfilment.
• Manage customer escalations, delivery rescheduling and project updates.
• Lead and support the India team on sales and customer-related matters.
• Monitor inventory requirements and support cost reduction initiatives.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports and account updates.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in semiconductor, electronic components, trading or distribution industry.
• Experience handling regional customers, suppliers or India market will be advantageous.
• Willing to travel overseas when required.
