Responsibilities:
- Ensure the achievement or surpassing of sales targets.
- Manage and expand sales within the existing customer base.
- Establish and develop relationships with new customers.
- Continuously seek out new products to represent or distribute.
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities with all customers to achieve ongoing growth.
- Develop, implement, and oversee marketing plans and activities to support aggressive sales growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- Hold a degree/diploma in Electronic or Electrical Engineering.
- Have a minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience with a proven track record in the SMT/SEMICON industry.
- Be results-oriented, highly motivated, and a dynamic professional with self-initiative and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Possess good analytical and numeracy skills.
- Be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a personal vehicle and a valid driving license.
