Job Description

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their key point of contact.

• Manage day-to-day client accounts, from briefing to project delivery, ensuring timelines and expectations are met.

• Support business development by seeking and onboarding new clients.

• Coordinate with creative, digital and production teams to deliver campaigns that meet client objectives.

• Gain exposure to backend social media tasks and join production shoots to familiarise yourself with the industry and creative process.

• Contribute ideas, provide support across campaigns, and grow alongside a collaborative team in a friendly environment.

• Such other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
