Job Scope:
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for the full membership recruitment
lifecycle: Recruitment, Conversion, and Retention of corporate members
• Establish and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through proactive prospecting,
cold outreach, referrals, and participation in relevant business events and industry engagements.
• Conduct consultative engagement with senior stakeholders (C-suite, HR Leaders) to articulate company’s value proposition and drive membership interest and acquisition.
• Maintain accurate lead tracking, conversion updates, and follow-through, ensuring high pipeline visibility and data integrity.
• Analyse recruitment outcomes, market feedback, and business trends to refine outreach plans and enhance membership growth performance.
• Prepare periodic reports and insights to demonstrate progress against KPIs and recommend strategic actions for continuous improvement.
• Take on project and task as assigned by the reporting officer.
