Job Responsibilities
Identify client requirements in the AEC sector and recommend suitable BIM or digital construction solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and prepare proposals or quotations.
Develop new business opportunities and manage customer accounts.
Coordinate with internal technical teams to support project delivery and ensure fulfilment of customer requirements.
Manage sales pipeline activities and prepare sales reports.
Monitor BIM-related market trends, competitor products, and industry developments.
Job Requirements / Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, or related fields.
Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in construction technology, software, or relevant industries.
Knowledge of BIM platforms such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Synchro, Bentley, or similar software will be an advantage.
Ability to conduct product demonstrations and presentations on BIM or digital construction solutions.
Ability to manage sales processes including prospecting, proposal preparation, and follow-up.
