Boutique Manager

A leading premium fashion brand is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales performance, and build a high performing team. This role will be responsible for maximising store productivity and profitability while delivering exceptional client service and maintaining the highest standards of store presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Take full ownership of store productivity, sales planning, and performance against business targets.
2. Develop and execute action plans to drive sales, productivity, and profitability.
3. Create a high energy, sales and service focused environment that consistently delivers exceptional client experiences.
4. Lead, motivate, and develop the store team through regular coaching, feedback, and performance management.
5. Monitor individual and team performance, identifying development needs and implementing appropriate action plans.
6. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate cross functionally to support business objectives.
7. Ensure visual merchandising, store presentation, and maintenance standards are consistently maintained.
8. Work closely with the Regional Leader to evaluate market information and develop strategies to improve store performance.

Key Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 to 7 years of Store Management experience within retail or the service industry.
2. Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
3. Outlet retail experience will be an advantage.
4. Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire teams to achieve performance standards.
5. Excellent client service and communication skills.
6. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
8. Positive, energetic, and hands on with a strong focus on sales and customer experience.
