Description

Main Purpose of the Job:

  • Meet sales goals by leading, managing, mentoring and providing feedback to a team of full-time and part-time Retail Associates
  • Inspire and motivate team to work towards a collective goal 
  • Collaborate closely with all other functional team leads in particular Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Warehouse and Marketing

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the day-to-day store operations to ensure a seamless and smooth customer experience
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales performance 
  • Develop, improve and optimize retail processes to improve productivity and store operations
  • Oversee the receiving of new stock, control returns/damages/transfer and the opening and closing of cashiers
  • Oversee store inventory levels and ensure highest level of inventory accuracy by monitoring, scheduling and ordering inventory as required 
  • Conduct manpower resource planning for both permanent and temporary retail staff; manage shift schedules and retail staff budget to achieve optimal staffing levels for excellence in the brand's customer experience, according to peak hours, days and seasonality
  • Accountable for Retail Associates' performance, discipline and behavior 
  • Constantly motivate and enable team to provide a top notch and considerate service to all customers through training and mentoring 
  • Deal with all issues that arise from staffs or customers 


Key Requirements:

  • Minimum post-secondary education qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience and track records
  • Skilled and knowledgeable in leading customer service and selling skills 
  • Awareness of market and ladies fashion trends 
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Disciplined, self-motivated, results-oriented, independent, excellent communication skills, possess inattentiveness and a good team player
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet target sales goals 
  • Able to work retail hours as needed (e.g. shift work, weekends and public holidays)
