Lead Singapore's Next Luxury Fashion Destination

BAG DISTRICT is Singapore's emerging luxury boutique specialising in authentic pre-owned designer handbags and accessories from brands including Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Hermès, Dior, Celine and more.

As we continue our expansion, we are seeking an experienced and driven Boutique Manager to lead our flagship showroom, inspire our retail team, and drive exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

• Drive monthly sales and revenue targets for the showroom.
• Develop strategies to improve conversion rates and average transaction value.
• Coach and motivate the retail team to achieve individual and team KPIs.
• Monitor sales performance and implement action plans when targets are not met.

Team Management

• Lead, train and mentor a team of Luxury Client Advisors.
• Create a high-performance culture centred around exceptional customer service.
• Manage rostering, attendance, punctuality and staff productivity.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.

Customer Experience

• Ensure every customer receives a premium and personalised shopping experience.
• Build relationships with VIP clients and cultivate repeat business.
• Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain showroom standards, visual merchandising and luxury presentation.

Operations

• Oversee daily showroom operations and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and security procedures.
• Work closely with marketing and management teams on campaigns and events.
• Support livestream initiatives and social commerce growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience.
• Luxury retail, fashion, jewellery, beauty or hospitality experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Self-driven, hands-on and highly accountable.
• Comfortable with social media and digital selling platforms.

Compensation Structure

Basic Salary

Competitive package based on experience.

Monthly Performance Bonus

Potential total bonus: Up to $5,000 per month
