Job Description:

• Boutique Store - Modern Women Clothes
• Working Location: Central
• Working Hours: 5 days’ work week, 10 hours (Shift morning /afternoon)
• Basic up to 4k + Good com scheme = Gross up to $6k
• Variable Bonus 1-2mths

Job Description:

• Motivate sales staff to ensure the sales target are achieved
• Opening and closing of store
• Daily and monthly stock count
• Provide product training to sales staff
• Handling customers’ complaints and defective items
• Maintain standards of staff discipline & housekeeping
• Provide feedback on the team’s work performance
• Store maintenance, i.e. lighting, fixtures and display materials
• Ensure proper maintenance of customer data
• Arrange roster and manage daily shop operations
• Manage stock and control inventory
• Maintain VM display at shop level
• Prepare monthly traffic and demographics report
• Ensure special promotions are carried out effectively and efficiently
• Develop a succession planning with Retail Manager. Able to identify and groom the next in line
• Assist in adhoc matter as and when required

Requirements :-

• Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience is required along with an excellent understanding of premium fashion industry
• At least 3 years relevant experience in supervisory role
