Brand Ambassador

The Brand Ambassador is responsible for promoting products and driving sales while delivering excellent customer service. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing suitable product recommendations to enhance the overall shopping experience. The Brand Ambassador will also support daily retail operations, maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards, and contribute towards achieving sales targets and overall business objectives.

Responsibility

• Drive sales and contribute to overall store performance.
• Assist with daily sales reporting and basic administrative tasks.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure strong visual merchandising standards.
• Support inventory management and daily retail operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships.
• Understand and communicate product features effectively to customers.
• Perform any other administrative or office duties as assigned.

Requirement

• Prior experience in retail, electronics, or home appliances sales is an advantage.
• Comfortable with product demonstrations and explaining technical features in a simple way.
• Sales-driven with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Working Hours:

• 44 hours per week with 1 rest day. In addition, he/she will be entitled to 2additional rest days per month (1 weekday and 1 weekend).
• Total rest day is 6 days off per month.

Salary Package:

• Basic Salary + Commission + KPI Incentives
