We work closely with luxury brands, hospitality groups, corporates, and creative partners to bring art into everyday life through collaborations, events, products, and immersive experiences.

We are looking for a Brand & Business Development Partnerships Manager to support the growth and expansion of World of Ying through strategic collaborations, partnership development, and relationship management.

This role is ideal for someone who is both commercially driven and creatively sensitive — someone who understands how to build meaningful partnerships while appreciating the artistic and experiential nature of the brand.

You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, managing client relationships, coordinating collaborations, and supporting the long-term growth of the World of Ying ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Partnerships

• Identify and develop partnership opportunities with:

• Luxury and lifestyle brands

• Hotels and hospitality groups

• Retail and concept spaces

• Corporate clients

• Event and PR agencies

• Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships

• Support collaboration pitches, proposals, and presentations

• Follow up on inbound partnership opportunities and leads

• Explore new revenue channels including:

• Workshops

• Licensing

• Brand collaborations

• Corporate gifting

• Retail partnerships

• Coordinate and manage collaboration timelines and deliverables

• Liaise between internal creative team and external partners

• Ensure projects are executed smoothly and aligned with brand direction

• Support event planning and activation coordination

• Assist with campaign launches and partnership rollouts

• Research market trends, brands, and partnership opportunities

Requirements

• Experience in business development, partnerships, brand management, marketing, PR, or related fields

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Organised and proactive with strong project coordination abilities

• A strong eye for aesthetics, branding, and storytelling

• Interest in art, fashion, lifestyle, hospitality, or luxury industries

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
