Job Description - Business Development Executive (Commercial)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across four core verticals: commercial buildings, residential condominiums, industrial properties, and managed car park facilities
  • Understand client pain points and propose tailored property and facilities solutions that deliver measurable operational and financial value
  • Build and execute strategies to grow market share in assigned sectors; develop pipeline of qualified prospects and convert into long-term contracts
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with property managers, facility directors, MCST councils, and key decision-makers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, manage contract negotiations, and ensure profitable deal closure
  • Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities and maintain competitive positioning
  • Work closely with operations and service delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction

Key Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
