Business Development Executive (HRIS)

COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client is a technology solutions company serving businesses in Southeast Asia.

They are looking for a Business Development Executive to grow their HR solutions business. This role involves identifying new customers, managing the full sales cycle, and guiding clients through the sales process.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate new business opportunities through outreach and networking
• Manage and maintain a sales pipeline
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Present products and proposals to potential clients
• Handle the sales process from lead generation to closing
• Build strong client relationships for ongoing business
• Meet sales targets and performance metrics
• Work with internal teams to support client needs
• Stay updated with new technology trends

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fields.
• Strong hunter mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationship with existing client.
• Comfortable working towards targets
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven, positive, and willing to learn
