Business Development Executive (Warehousing & Fulfillment)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to grow our warehousing and fulfillment business in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across e-commerce, retail, distribution, manufacturing, and related industries.
• Conduct customer visits and understand operational requirements.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and service presentations.
• Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to generate business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related disciplines.
• 1–5 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, logistics, warehousing, freight forwarding, or supply chain industries.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable with customer-facing activities and business networking.
• Existing network within logistics, warehousing, or supply chain sectors will be an advantage.
