Business Development Manager (Interior Fit-out)

Basic $ 4500-$6000+ Phone allowance + Petrol card

6 days , 8hrs/day, but will probably extend; based on projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new clients and secure potential commercial and government projects
• Lead business development by identifying and developing new opportunities to grow the company's portfolio and market influence.
• Handle sales enquiries for commercial and government projects
• Meet with clients to determine requirements & needs.
• Tender submission and price negotiation with clients.
• Schedule workflow to meet client requirement for handover date.
• To work closely with Designers, Project Managers, QS team and Purchasing team to achieve high-quality project completion, taking care of clients and delivering projects seamlessly.

Requirements:

• Min 3 years experience in project management
• Must be familiar with interior fit-out industry, QS and tendering process
