Job Description - Central Kitchen Business Development Sr. Executive
Job Descriptions:
Finding and developing new clientele base and improving sales.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Meeting developmental and growth targets.
Preparation of sales & marketing materials and tender proposals.
Excellent English & Chinese communication and computer skills.
Generate leads and cold calling (in person) prospective customers.
Nurturing and developing relationships with key customer accounts while developing new ones.
Attending face-to-face meetings with clients.
Responsible for managing sales pipeline of prospect.
Be resourceful in generating leads.
Strong rapport with the Operations/Commercial team to ensure clients requirements are delivered.
Provide business development administrative support.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Prepare reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing information.
Requirements:
Degree preferably in Business or Marketing or Communication with minimum 5 years’ experience in good understanding of market trend in F&B / food production industry.
Proactive and self-driven, good work attitude and result oriented.
Great presentation skills, strong negotiation, and communication skills.
Must have a learning mindset, independent and proactive in problem-solving.
Possess high level of professionalism and integrity.
Meticulous and well-organized with the ability to work under tight timelines.
