Channel Account Manager (Network Equipment) - Up to $6500

• Position : Channel Account Manager (Network Equipment)
• Location: Near Bendemeer MRT
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
• Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $6,500 basic + AWS + variable bonus + transport reimbursement + phone + 14 days annual leave
• Employment Type: Permanent
• Industry: Network Equipment / IT Hardware

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with distribution partners.

• Provide sales support, product training and marketing materials to distribution partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales leads to expand customer base and market share.
• Achieve sales targets and support profitable growth and customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate and showcase products and solutions to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Collaborate with internal teams on product development, pricing, inventory management and technical support.
• Gather and report market intelligence, customer feedback and competitor analysis.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in distribution sales, channel sales or channel management within the technology, IT hardware or related industry will be preferred.
• B2B platform experience will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of market trends, customer needs and competitor activities.
• Sales-driven, proactive and able to work independently.
• Able to travel regionally for business when required.
