Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver personalised customer service and build lasting client relationships.
2. Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while maximising cross-selling opportunities.
3. Develop a strong understanding of the brand's products and collections to provide professional styling advice.
4. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and boutique presentation.
5. Support daily boutique operations, including cashiering, stock replenishment, and inventory management.
6. Build and maintain a loyal client base through effective clienteling and follow-up.
7. Ensure compliance with operational procedures and luxury service standards.

Key Requirements:

1. Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably within fashion, luxury, premium retail, beauty, or hospitality.
2. Passion for luxury retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Positive, proactive, and sales-driven with a customer-first mindset.
5. Well-groomed and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
6. Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
