Client Servicing Executive Potong Pasir

• Location: Potong Pasir
• Salary: $2500 - $3500
• Please note that this is a Sales Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for our current clientele.
• Achieve individual and team sales objectives.
• Uphold high standards of customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Cultivate and nurture robust client relationships.
• Address feedback promptly, offering suitable resolutions and alternatives within specified timeframes, and diligently follow up.
• Manage and nurture new sales leads generated by the sales development team.
• Prepare and submit monthly sales forecasts, and monitor sales performance.
• Undertake any additional tasks and assignments as directed by the Sales Division.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in account management and sales support.
• Capable of working autonomously while also being a strong team contributor.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Possess a keen sense of enthusiasm, coupled with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally with both internal and external stakeholders.
