Clinical Specialist

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore for a Clinical Sales Specialist.
We’re looking for a driven and proactive individual to support business growth by identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships within the healthcare ecosystem. This role is highly field-oriented and focuses on driving adoption of our oncology genomics solutions. Responsibilities
• Actively prospect and engage clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers to generate new business opportunities and drive test adoption.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, GPs, pathologists, and key healthcare stakeholders.
• Support onboarding of new accounts and ensure a smooth customer experience from initial engagement to routine use.
• Provide product knowledge, training, and updates to clinicians and partners.
• Work closely with internal teams (operations, customer & medical support, laboratory) to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in sales and marketing initiatives such as events, webinars to increase brand awareness.
• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to support product positioning and improvements.
• Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance against targets.
• Represent the company at conferences, workshops, and industry events as needed.

Who We’re Looking For
• At least 2 years of hands-on oncology or molecular diagnostics sales experience.
• Motivated to grow with a startup company.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build lasting client relationships.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, outgoing personality and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging healthcare professionals.
• Highly organized with good follow-through on accounts and opportunities.
• Passionate about improving patient outcomes through cancer diagnostics and genomics.
