Commercial Executive

Salling Search is currently recruiting for a Commercial Executive for a leading ship and offshore supplier.

Based in Singapore and reporting to a Team Leader, you will be an integral part of a strong commercial team, managing key customer accounts and driving sales performance across your assigned portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer RFQs in a competitive and timely manner
• Meet and exceed sales revenue and profitability goals by building a strong understanding of your customers' needs and deep market knowledge
• Build strong rapport with customers through regular engagement and on-site visits, gathering actionable feedback on pricing, product assortment, and overall experience
• Liaise with your Team Leader on sales forecasts and budgets
• Ensure on-time-in-full deliveries by maintaining clear communication between internal and external stakeholders
• Take a proactive approach to managing and resolving disputes amicably

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced sales environment
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a related field (preferred)
• Business-level proficiency in English
• Proficiency in Korean is required, as this role involves regular communication with clients based in Korea
• Proven track record in commercial management, business development, sales support, engineering, purchasing, or a related discipline
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven with a consistent record of achieving and exceeding targets
• Prior experience in the marine, shipping, or offshore industry is preferred
