Customer Service & Sales Officer (Ski & Snowboard)

Job Summary 

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Customer Service & Sales Officer to join our team in promoting ski and snowboard programs, including indoor simulator training, courses, private coaching, and travel packages.

Candidates with a background or strong interest in sports, fitness, or skiing (snowboarding or alpine skiing) are highly preferred. Training will be provided for suitable candidates.

Job Responsibilities 

1. Customer Engagement & Sales

• Attend to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information on ski and snowboard products, tour packages, and training programs.
• Recommend suitable ski courses, simulator sessions, and travel packages based on customer needs and skill levels.
• Handle customer bookings and provide proactive follow-up before and after sales to ensure customer satisfaction and conversion.

2. Operational Support

• Assist in logistical arrangements for ski courses, training sessions, and programme execution.
• Support preparation of training equipment and related materials for indoor and outdoor sessions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of programs and customer experiences.

3. Service Excellence

• Provide prompt assistance in handling customer enquiries, feedback, or service-related issues in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain a professional image and deliver high-quality service when interacting with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

4. Compliance& Reporting

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and follow-ups in the company system.

Job Requirements 

• Strong interest in sports, outdoor activities, or ski and snowboard programs
• Comfortable engaging customers and recommendingsuitable programs
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, sports, or education-related industries is an advantage
• Ski or snowboard experience (any level) is highly preferred
• Good communication skills, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required
