Customer Service (Call)

Job Scope:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce company products/services and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and identifying potential business opportunities before passing them to the sales team.
• Schedule appointments and follow up on inquiries and warm leads to maintain engagement and support conversion efforts.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and lead updates within the CRM/database system.
• Achieve daily and weekly KPIs related to call volume, lead generation, appointment setting, and conversion targets.
• Prepare basic sales activity reports while maintaining professional and effective communication with prospective customers at all times.
