Key Responsibilities
Conduct over-the-counter sales transactions with walk-in customers.
Deliver exceptional customer service and provide professional assistance to showroom visitors.
Manage customer order collections and fulfilment of pick-up orders.
Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) checks in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and overall appearance of the showroom.
Prepare the showroom for daily operations prior to opening hours.
Receive, verify, and reconcile inventory shipments from suppliers and vendors.
Support order processing and fulfilment activities for local and international customers.
Perform data entry, record maintenance, and administrative filing duties.
Assist with additional sales, operational, and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing retail, sales, or customer service role.
Prior experience or knowledge of the precious metals, bullion, luxury retail, financial services, or wealth management industry will be advantageous.
Strong customer service orientation with a professional and positive attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong written and spoken English.
A team player with a strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
Ability to multitask effectively and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Meticulous, responsible, and able to handle confidential customer information with discretion.
