As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, and overseeing the seamless delivery of SDR (Sales Development Representative) programmes. You’ll combine strong people leadership, client relationship management, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making to deliver outstanding results. Acting as the vital link between clients and internal teams, you’ll ensure consistent delivery against KPIs, nurture SDR development, and continuously enhance the overall client and team experience.
SDR Team Leadership and Performance Management
Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs to consistently achieve and exceed sales and performance targets.
Foster a high-performance culture through structured feedback, clear goals, and ongoing professional development.
Identify and address performance gaps, ensuring every SDR is equipped for success.
Champion the adoption of best practices across prospecting, lead qualification, and outreach.
Client Partnership and Retention
Build and nurture trusted relationships with clients through regular communication, strategic reviews, and data-led insights.
Understand client goals and challenges, aligning delivery strategies to achieve measurable outcomes.
Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that add value to clients and strengthen partnerships.
Maintain a low client churn rate and extend client tenure through excellence in service delivery.
Delivery Excellence and Strategic Execution
Oversee the successful delivery of all SDR programmes, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, BizOps) to optimise delivery processes and enhance outcomes.
Continuously refine operational approaches to maximise efficiency and results.
Monitor industry and market trends to adapt delivery strategies as needed.
Talent Acquisition and Team Growth
Partner with recruitment to identify, interview, and onboard top SDR talent.
Support the continuous development of new hires, embedding them into the team culture and ensuring early success.
Drive engagement and motivation through recognition, feedback, and personal development opportunities.
Build an inclusive and collaborative environment where ideas are shared and innovation thrives.
Data, Reporting, and Insights
Leverage data and analytics to track SDR performance and client outcomes.

Ensure full utilisation and optimisation of the sales technology stack to enable performance excellence.
