As a Digital Growth Consultant, you will be responsible for helping businesses identify growth opportunities and recommending digital marketing solutions tailored to their goals.

This is an outdoor sales role where you will meet business owners and key decision-makers across Singapore. You’ll receive structured training, mentorship, and tools to build a rewarding career in digital sales.

📌 Responsibilities
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

• Build and develop relationships with SME owners and decision-makers through face-to-face meetings

• Understand client business challenges and goals through structured qualification and needs analysis

• Recommend customised digital marketing solutions across:

• Google SEM (Paid Ads)

• SEO

• Facebook

• Instagram

• TikTok

• YouTube

• Websites and Landing Pages

• Use data and analytics tools to present insights and support recommendations

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while growing your earnings through incentives and commissions

✅ Qualifications
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, IT, or related fields

• Fluent in Mandarin and English to support communication with a significant Mandarin-speaking client base

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Self-motivated, energetic, and enjoys meeting people

• Coachable with a growth mindset and willingness to learn
