Job Description
1. Experience managing Shopee & Lazada & TikTok Seller Center.
2. Process orders efficiently and ensure timely delivery.
3. Respond to customer inquiries and messages professionally. Manage customer feedback, reviews, and complaints effectively.
4. Cooperate with the expansion of the business of the headquarter in Singapore’s Shopee & Lazada & TikTok platform.
5. Cooperate with the headquarter in Singapore to expand its online sales.
Responsibilities:
· Familiar with the operation of Singapore's e-commerce platform and understand the current status of the e-commerce platform. Have the ability to communicate with the platform manager, understand each other's product needs, and be able to effectively communicate the needs of our company. Can effectively deal with and solve customer questions.
· Cooperate with headquarters to prepare and upload product listing including content for various e-commerce partner’s platforms such as Shopee, Facebook, etc in Singapore.
· Maintain and ensure all products information such as pricing, inventory, etc.
are up to date and available-to-sell
· Receive and respond to E-commerce customer inquiries and concerns. Coordinating customer service through web chat, phone, and emails.
· Managing E-commerce customer’s comments and review through social media.
· Work closely with various departments head to plan and execute all marketing strategies in order to achieve the sales target.
· Consolidate sales performance from each platform for reporting and recommendation purposes.
Requirements:
· Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with platforms such as Shopee and other online market places.
· Fresh graduates and candidates without relevant experience are also welcome.
· Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
· Bilingual in English and Chinese, with the ability to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
· Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with a positive attitude.
· Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
· Singaporeans only.
Full Time: Monday-Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm and Sat.: 11:00am to 3:00pm

· 管理电商客户在社交媒体上的评论和评价。
· 与各部门负责人紧密合作,制定并执行所有营销策略,以实现销售目标。
· 汇总各平台的销售业绩,用于报告和建议。
职位要求:
· 至少一年Shopee或相关领域的工作经验。
